We can offer personal training at a reasonable price as we train in small groups (4 max) which still keeps things on a personal level, but at the same time gives you the benefit of better prices and a new positive social circle which provides support, accountability and encouragement in the guidance and mentor of a fitness professional. Our personal trainers have a duty to make sure we are helping the local community and the nation as a whole fight against the obesity epidemic which has come upon us.

Establishment: We have been in business now for 12 month offering a variety of personal training services from 1-to1 to large boot camps, but we have found a model of training that works best for both the trainer and clients.
