Phlorum was established in 2003 by Paul Beckett and Richard Schofield. Their vision was to bring their key skills into an environmental consultancy that practises honesty, friendliness, openness and a passion for their work. Phlorum is a highly qualified and experienced team with an approach that is fiercely focused on surpassing expectations. We are dedicated to providing professional, knowledge based solutions which are tailor made to best address our clients' needs. These solutions are based on the wide and detailed scientific knowledge of the Phlorum team; together with their significant amount of environmental consultancy experience.

Our environmental consultancy core skills are in the areas of air quality, ecology, Environmental Impact Assessment, Japanese knotweed removal, noise & vibration, flood risk, renewable energy and sustainability (e.g. Code for Sustainable Homes, BREEAM and PassivHaus) and environmental auditing and management.
