At VanLieshout Counselling I offer you space to explore what is set on your path, encourage you to find your own answers and a deeper understanding of yourself. From me, your counsellor, you can expect care, honesty and respect - without judgement - regardless the issue you might be struggling with. VanLieshout Counselling offers face to face and online Counselling, Creative Therapy and Life Coaching. The counselling room is at a central location in Southampton and there are various session times available throughout the week. A therapeutic hour last 50 minutes and the fee for Counselling and Creative Therapy is £35 per hour. Life Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and £45 per hour. You will likely see your counsellor / therapist on the same day at the same time, for the number of sessions agreed in the consecutive weeks.
