I am a professionally qualified Counsellor offering face-to-face counselling in East Sheen, and telephone counselling throughout the UK. I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have worked with a wide range of issues and experiences, with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I offer a confidential and peaceful space to help you gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your situation to enable personal growth and change. I listen carefully without judgement and try hard to understand what itÂ’s like to be you. I blend elements from different counselling approaches to suit your individual needs, which may include inviting you to explore your past and what is happening for you right now. I work holistically exploring your physical, emotional and spiritual being and can also work with art if expressing yourself in this way could be helpful to you. I understand that making the first step and getting in touch can be daunting, but IÂ’m happy to answer any questions you may have. There is no cost for the initial session which is undertaken by telephone and there is no obligation to continue if you feel it is not right for you. Counselling can help build a more meaningful, creative and fulfilling life. It enables growth, strength and inner peace.

Establishment: I work in private practice as a professionally qualified Counsellor offering face-to-face counselling in East Sheen, and telephone counselling throughout the UK. I have previously worked with children as a School Therapist in a London primary school and worked with adults at a low cost counselling service in Feltham for 3 years. Additionally, I have provided over 10 years of specialist telephone support to people experiencing loss when someone close to them is missing, as well as supporting young people and adults who are missing. As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP), I am bound by their Code of Ethics and have professional indemnity and public liability insurance. I also follow the BACP Guidelines for Telephone Counselling and Psychotherapy. I undertake regular clinical supervision and I am committed to further professional development as a Counsellor. I have a Certificate of Proficiency from the BACP and I am listed on their accredited Register which is approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
