Minimising the risk from Legionella bacteria is a requirement of Health and Safety law. In support these legal requirements the HSE have released the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 and Technical Guidance HSG 274 parts 1, 2 and 3. And for healthcare sites (regulated activities) further guidance has been issued in HTM 04-01.

Our Legionella services are approved by Trading Standards and certified by Trust Mark as meeting government endorsed quality standards. Our assessors are City & Guilds Accredited, Water Safe registered (a requirement of HTM 04-01), members of the CIPHE and recognised as "Approved Contractors" under the Water Regulations.
