Westhill sold me a faulty bike and insisted that it be returned to their head office for repairs. They then significantly damaged the frame and mudguard, now they are completely ignoring me and not taking responsibility for the damage caused. BEWARE!

bike not too bad some faults that you will need to sort yourself company not much help parts don't seem to be covered by warranty had faulty forks motor and brake sensors but on the plus side these have now been done and the bike is good and upto now

I am still absolutely delighted with my electric bike 6 months down the line. Westhill were really helpful in recommending the best bike for me and I definitely feel I made the right choice. I'd highly recommend the pedal assist bikes.
