I am an experienced & qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & Trauma Therapist offering face to face sessions with individuals & couples in & around Ipswich, Suffolk. I have been working in adult mental health since 1998. Working in both private practice & within an agency setting.

I offer a range of psychological support including EMDR for a wide range of psychological difficulties including the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress. I also use EMDR for smoking cessation, addiction & chronic pain. Working in both an agency setting & in private practice, I have considerable experience with complex needs & with people who have difficulty engaging in therapeutic relationship.
