Liaise - Lulworth - Worthing

Lulworth has one registration with the Care Quality Commission however comprises two separate buildings plus a smaller annex named Blake. Both are residential homes registered to provide support for people with learning disabilities, people on the autistic spectrum and people with physical disabilities. Some people may have additional mental health issues.
