We have highly experienced Professional teachers offering a wide range of styles for beginners and over 50s through to advanced. The studio is a relaxed, inclusive environment with smaller classes inclusive of Private Yoga & Pilates Classes our teachers can give you greater attention, making Pause Yoga Studio the perfect space to practice, whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner.
