Buckland Properties

Buckland Properties comprises two businesses; Buckland Securities Limited, founded in 1973 and Buckland Estates LP founded in 2008. Both businesses are run today by members of the founding family. We purchase, refurbish and let commercial properties in central London and Basingstoke. We are a responsible landlord and retain our properties for the long term working to attract long-standing tenants. Our properties are our most valuable assets, and as such, we look after them!

The majority of our properties are located in Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, and we offer flexible, self-contained office space at very competitive rents. A significant number of our tenants operate in the creative, technical and design sectors with a strong desire to be located in the design hub that is Clerkenwell and near Tech City & Old Street Roundabout. We pride ourselves on working with our tenants as their businesses grow by utilising our diverse portfolio.
