Monday to Friday offers b&b from £80pp bbem from £100pp full 4 nights stay These midweek offers are very popular and tend to get booked up very quick throughout the season. We cater for couples,families,oaps,(small parties that are booked through an organisation no stag or hen groups)

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. The proprietors cannot accept any responsibility for loss of guest property unless handed in for safe custody accounts must be paid on arrival.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment should accommodation not be re-let, the person on the booking form will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation less an allowance for food and service. Deposits are not refundable but will be deductable from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract. If the deposit has been paid using a credit/debit card authorised account number then any payment due owing to cancellation will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract.
