About Blood Sweat and Gainz
Blood Sweat and Gainz was formed as a result of my own fitness journey and my dedication to help others help themselves. We also decided that whilst helping others we would help our local children’s hospice (Keech Hospice) and as a result we donate at least 10% of out net profits to Keech. We have so far raised in excess of £30,000 for Keech since August 2017.
