Poppy Caterers & Marquees was founded in 2000, by Simon Halmshaw a former Army Officer who served over 20 years in the Army Catering Corp and The Royal Logistic Corp. During his career he has been involved in many high profile events, catering for many VIP’S from Her Majesty the Queen to numerous Foreign and Commonwealth Ambassadors to Lords and Ladies.
