A Nurse led Home care service, that empowers clients and promotes independence by offering choice to families in the community. We achieve high standards of care with continuous training and development of staff, through education, audit and following national guidelines for best care practice. We also welcome feedback from our clients and their families so that we can make improvements Care will be provided in partnership with clients, their families/ friends, and professionals involved in their care. This will enable clients and their families to discuss their needs in depth, to make sure that they are all met appropriately and safely. We believe in high standards of care, which is why all of our care plans are carried out by a qualified Nurse, that have an active registration with the NMC. Packages of care will be discussed in depth and can be changed as required to suit the needs of the client.
