Yoga With Uday

Yoga With Uday is a yoga instructor located in Reading, Berkshire.

Uday is a yoga practitioner, who started learning yoga under the direct guidance of Guruji, Prashantji and Geetaji at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, during which time he taught classes at the Institute for children, beginners and intermediate, as well as assisting in GeetajiÂ’s classes and medical classes.

Uday has regularly conducted workshops and Yoga retreats in the United Kingdom, France, Ireland and Germany. He was also a member of Yoga Teachers contingent sent by the government of India to China on International Yoga day 2016 on behalf of RIMYI, Pune.
