We have been involved in the business of self storage ever since the concept was introduced into the UK in the early 1980s. In 2003 we were fortunate to have the opportunity to acquire the Grade II Listed Swan Lane Mill on Higher Swan Lane, Bolton in the heartland of the former Lancashire cotton industry. It has been with great pleasure that we have been able to carefully restore and renovate the building, bringing it back to life to fulfil a vibrant role in Bolton.
