Meat and vegetables are stored in their own fridges and colour coded chopping boards are used for meat and vegetables. Vegetarians can be assured of no cross-contamination at Sophia's 100% vegetarian meals are guaranteed. All pizzas are handmade using the finest freshest ingredients even the pineapple on top of your Hawaiian is fresh! The sauce used for pizzas and features in many dishes is handmade "Sophia's Sauce" made from a range of Roasted tomatoes and vegetables.
