Establishment: I have been creating amazing cakes for 4 years and have trained at a local catering college where I have developed my sugar craft techniques. I relish a challenge and have made sculptures cakes including 2 cows! Please feel free to contact me to discuss your theme. I am happy to make a simple cake or a more technical centre piece.
