Relax and Revitalise

Relax and Revitalise offers a range of holistic treatments - Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stones, Reiki and Bowen Therapy. These treatments may be offered individually or you could opt for a combination such as Hot Stone Massage with Reiki. I work from Mytchett, which is between Farnborough and Camberley and have been running my business for over 10 years so am able to tailor the treatment to you specific needs. You may need help with stress or tension, headaches, pain relief or restricted movement in shoulders, back, hips or legs or just fancy being pampered and made to feel special. Relaxation is essential! I am happy to discuss your needs, to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and to offer help and advice to take away with you.
