Derivatives Documentation Limited("DDL") was founded in 1996 to fill a perceived market gap in the lack of temporary ISDA Master Agreement negotiators at that time. We are a family business with a wealth of derivatives expertise. Since 1999 we have developed in-house and online training services in the fields of OTC and fixed income documentation. Since 2000 we have placed legal and paralegal staff in temporary and permanent jobs in this specialised area.

Our services are Consultancy, Negotiation, Recruiting and Training.
