Arthritis Action

They are a charitable organization based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. They are there to give support and advice to those who suffer from the pain and discomfort of arthritis. They have found through research that by combining a healthy diet regular physical therapy that if can greatly reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis. Anyone is invited to come in and have a chat with their friendly customer service and see what they can do for them. They have programs that will fit people that are seeking non-medication or that are already on a type of medical treatment program.
