A place of hope and healing offering accessible and affordable counselling in Sunderland. Our aim is to provide a counselling service that allows you to talk about whatever is troubling you in a warm and safe environment and within the appropriate boundaries of confidentiality.

Counselling can help with a wide variety of problems and it is our conviction that anyone can benefit from counselling. We all experience difficult times, those seeking counselling may be Christian or of another faith or no faith.
