I am a fully qualified counsellor and member of BACP(British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am a UKCP(UK Council for Psychotherapy) registered psychotherapist who works in supervised practice and abides by the Ethical Framework of BACP and the Code of Ethics of UKCP. I have been a therapist for more than 15 years, providing counselling and psychotherapy to local authorities, private organisations, EAP(Employee Assistance Programmes) providers, and the health and voluntary sectors.

I have extensive experience of working over short, medium and long-term periods. I offer a variety of psychological approaches, including person-centred, integrative, transactional analysis and BSFT(Brief Solution Focused Therapy), which are tailored to meet your individual needs. Within a confidential, warm and friendly atmosphere, clients are provided with the necessary help and support to overcome a broad range of issues and improve their mental, emotional, psychological health, wellbeing and consequently, their quality of life.
