OUTSTANDING! The service from Steve at Iceni Appliances couldn't have been better. I rang at midday and got an appointment at 10am the next morning. He had all the parts required on the van and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Very poor, if I could give him -5 out of 10 I would, there was no communication and on the day he said he would be over he didn't very unreliable. I have now been without my oven for 2 weeks.
