Moreno Boxing

Founded in 2011 by amateur boxer and personal trainer Carlos Moreno. Carlos is a qualified ABA level 1 boxing coach, who felt that the pursuit of a personal training career would help improve his knowledge of sport and fitness. As a boxing coach Carlos has worked with clients in many established gyms on a 1-2-1 basis, but the demand for group classes was high, thus Moreno Boxing was born.

Based in South East London at Elephant and Castle our boxing gym is known for itÂ’s emphasis on nurturing both fitness and boxing technique from the very basic beginner level through to the experienced boxer. Our main focus is on teaching correct boxing technique(and fitness) on all levels to help beginners build solid foundations and also help experienced boxers go a step further.

To achieve this our boxing classes and boxing instructors are split into beginner, intermediate and advanced boxing classes with only 12 members allowed to attend each class at any one time. This ensures a high level of training quality is maintained in all our sessions and ensures everyoneÂ’s individual needs are tailored to.
