About Trader Vic's
London's first Polynesian-themed restaurant, Trader Vic's, is an institution and home to the famous Mai Tai cocktail. For dining with a Tiki twist, guests can sample an array of French Polynesian-inspired cuisine created using custom-made wood-fired Chinese ovens, which can be traced back over two thousand years to the Han Dynasty. With its extensive cocktail list, many of which are exclusive to Trader Vic's, visitors can also enjoy live music in the bar every Friday and Saturday night.
