Started life in Haslingden, Rossendale back in the 60's formerly know as the Anne Belshaw Gallery. Year 2000, the Business changed hands and the name was changed to 'Oscars" after the Family Tibetan Terrier.

Oscar Fine Art and Framing have been servicing the Rossendale Valley for over 35 years we Frame anything from Original Pictures, to Ceremonial Daggers and canvases nothing is too much. We also sell Original Pictures and Limited edition prints of local and International artist. I offer a Mobile service where I come to you and you can choose a frame that matches your decor this is a FREE pickup and delivery service.
